“QT” in QT 12-15 is given by Chinese government that all of the Concrete Block machine must use this Series Number.

“12” in QT12-15 stands for the production quantity is 12 blocks "390×190×190mm" per mould,

“15” in QT12-15 stands for one cycle time is 15 seconds.

Since the moulds are changeable, the concrete equipment is able to produce different types of blocks/bricks, and this is a hydraulic machine can produces a stronger block, due to the greater pound pressure applied by the hydraulic system.

 The block manufacturer can also realize substantial savings by using less cement. A ratio from 8:1 to 11:1 sand/cement can be achieved.
