Automatic folder and gluer paper box machine GS580PC:
Features:
This machine is the light model, adopting with synchro-belt driving system, for high speed running.
It adopts 3-three board pre-folding and 180°pre-folding, to meet the requirements for automatic packaging production line.
It is adopted with touch screen, PLC controller, photoelectric counting, automatic sheet kicker and mark jetting device.
lt offers with two groups of glue tanks, upper and lower, to meet side stick and four folding & bottom gluing.
Sheet-transmission belt is adopted with imported material, replacing belts without removing shaft, for easy and efficient maintenance.

Easy & prompt operration of single facer, accuratc & serial automatic feeding.
PREFOLD
No1 crease 180°,No 3 crease 135°.
Pre-Folding Unit
LOWER GLUING
Equipped on both side wide stable gluing and quantity glue easy to maintan.
BOTTOM FOLDING
Ideal design of adjustion device; easy & promtt operalion, capacity of 60-200 pes/min.
PREFOLD
No2 crease 180°,No 4 crease 180°.
TROMBONE
Sorial accumulated boxes; adopting photooloctric counter; and equipped with automatic spray making or batting device.
CONVEYOR
Aunique mechanism provides uniform pressure
to facilitate more effestive gluing or products.
