Automatic folder and gluer paper box machine GS780PC:
Features:
The machine adopts strengthened single-side driving system, steady running and easy maintenance.
The motor adopts inverter, automatic speed regulation and power saving.
It adopts tooth rod adjusting on the both sides in operation, easy and convenient(automatic adjusting by motor as option)
Delivery adopts several thick belts cooperated with vibrating motor, ensuring continuous exact and automatic feeding.
Conveying belt adopts upper and low driving, reducing abrasion to the least.
It is equipped with two groups of upper and lower gluing tanks, which adopts automatic adjusting vertically in gluing tank, and teeth rods for adjusting horizontally, easy operation (glue spraying system as option)
It adopts touch screen, PLC controller, photoelectric counter, automatic sheet kicker and mark jetting device.
Conveying pressure table adopts special material, adjusting pressure through air pressure, equipped with sponge belt, ensuring product quality.
The machine is suitable for cardboard boxes and board to board laminated boxes of 2-folding and 4 folding with bottom gluing.
