Advantage of plasma technology of the foloder gluer mchian:
♥ Surface tension of materials can be increased after plasma treatment to enhance bonding strength of cartons and improve product quality.
♥ Cold glue or ordinary low grade adhesive can be used to substitute hot melt adhesive, and less quantity of glue is needed, thus effectively reduce production cost.
♥ With plasma technology adopted, materials that are hard to bond such as UV and PP film can be filmly nonded with water based glue, thus eliminating the mechanical grinding and perforation process. No dust of scrap is produced during processing, so the process meets safety and hygienic requirements for drugs and roodsturr as well as for environment protection.

INSTALLATION:
Installation of the machine will be done by our engineers (one mechanical and one electrical). Installation and training is free of charge and the whole period is 7 working days. Extended training will be charged USD200 per person per day.
Customer is also responsible for the expenses of return air tickets, hotel accommodation (3 star hotel), meals and local transportation for engineers. If a translator is required, it will be on customer’s account.
WARRANTY
There is 1 year warranty (from the date of installation) on all parts, mechanical and electrical, due to defect in manufacturing, except for consumable parts such as belts, rubber sucker, etc and if “accident” or mal-operation has occurred.
