Machine Introduce:
RYZH-2400 high-efficiency automatic box folder gluer can be used for gluing and forming of AA and AB two-piece forming boxes and single-piece forming boxes. In actual production, this machine can replace manual gluing, reducing labor intensity; compared with traditional semi-automatic folder gluer machine, it can save labor. Because of the different working methods, no manual folding is required.
Main Features:
RYZH-2400 series fully automatic twin-box folder gluer is a new type of "Labor - saving, efficient ", "Excellent performance" folder gluer machine.
1. This machine is equipped with eight sets of servo motors. It adopts double-servo paper feeding, double-servo positioning, double-servo paper turning, and double-servo operation to ensure the stability of the equipment at high-speed paper feeding and the synchronization of high-speed paper feeding, and the servo paper feeding allows The paper feeding size is set separately for the A sheet and B sheet products, thereby solving the problem of large and small sheets.
2. Gluing adopts double-pass gluing, hot melt glue and ordinary sealing glue respectively, to ensure that the product enters the container.
3. The glue application adopts double-pass glue, which are hot melt glue and ordinary sealing glue respectively, to ensure 100% adhesion of the product after entering the container and cold storage.
4. The two pieces of joint positioning are also double-servo paper-aligning, which provides the machine with constant precision and consistency in low-speed gluing and high-speed gluing
5. This machine can be used as a normal flat box. It was originally created by our company, and it adopts one regulation and two functions, which shortens the time for adjusting the machine and changing the order.
6. This machine is a dual-purpose machine. Both double-piece boxes and single-piece boxes can be produced. The conversion from double-piece boxes to single-piece boxes can be completed in just 2 minutes.
7. Automatic paper turning adopts double-servo motor feeding and double-servo turning paper to ensure paper stability and high efficiency.
8. The automatic part has creasing function to solve the problem of unclear creased carton.
