Introduction

Machine composition and operation principle
1.The automatic folding gluing machine is composed of three parts, the paper feeding gluing part, pressure line folded part,and the adjustment counting output part.Frequency control, simple and reliable operation.Automatic folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking output.
2. This machine is made of high quality steel welding and carefully processed and assembled.
3. Adopt belt leading edge suction to deliver paper, accurate and fast.
4. Automatic glue, circulating glue, permanent adhesive, no artificial glue, save time and effort.
5. Stainless steel coated wheel, corrosion resistant, wear resistant, glue uniform, saving glue, the amount of glue is about 1/3 of the amount of artificial glue.
6.The folding part is equipped with adjustable multi-channel pressure line, which makes the carton folding more smoothly and the adhesion is more beautiful and accurate.
7.The counting part of the carton stacking correction, the output is safe and stable, accurate without error, digital control, simple operation, no need to stop to enter.
8. Machine equipped with fault detection,When the cardboard fails, the machine will automatically stop working to reduce the waste of cardboard.
9. The machine can store 1000 orders and can be adjusted automatically and manually. Adjust the order automatically, only for a few minutes. Reduce the time to change, improve work efficiency.
A. Paper feed section
1.Adopt belt leading edge suction to make the paper, accurate and reliable.
2.The use of high-end electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, the paper can be controlled separately, the operation is simple and reliable.
3.Pressure roller adjustable, suitable for cardboard thickness 2-9mm.
4.Linkage with the folding department, frequency control, feeding speed 130m / min.
5.The front bezel and feed belt of the paper feed section are adjustable left and right.
B. Glue folded section
1．The main motor adopts variable frequency speed control, the system is noiseless, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable.
2.Adopt imported high friction belt conveyor, automatic folding.
3.Glue with stainless steel wheels, glue evenly, trouble-free, but also save plastic.
4.The folding part is equipped with cardboard correction device and indentation device.
C. Count stacking unit
1.Adopt digital control, simple operation, reliable operation, input data without stop, automatic counting, accurate output.
2.Use belt to deliver cartons, neatly stacked, stacking speed 120m / min.
3.With correction function, the deviation can be adjusted.
4.The counting and the introduction of pneumatic mode, the action is reliable, accurate and fast.
