Manufacturing Process
Company Information
Wenzhou Taixin Stainless Steel Co., Limited is founded in 1998, Taixin now covers a total landing area 320,000 square meters and more than 300 employees.
We have developed a full set of equipment such as10 ton VOD furnace, 2.5 ton VD vacuum smelting furnace, etc. We supply different specifications of tube, pipe, fitting, bar, sheet, plate, coil, wire, ring, flange and forging. They are widely used in petrochemical industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, etc.
In recent year, Taixin also developed our relation with BAOSTEEL, TISCO, JISCO, LIANZHONG and other mills as the first class agent to represent the mills products on the market.
Application
Package
packing: with bundles, seaworthy packing for sea transportation ( big order in bulk; small order packed by strips or as the customers' requirement); wooden pallet or iron pallet is prerequisite for stainless products;
In terms of stainless products, we will use wooden pallet or iron pallet which has the polyethylene partition to isolate products which could protect the moisture.
delivery: 7-15days after receiving payment.

Q1: How many countries you already exported ?
A1: Exported to more than 30 countries mainly from America, Russia, UK, Kuwait, Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Jordan, etc.
Q2: How can I get some samples?
A2: Small quantities of samples in store and can be free. Customized samples will take about 5-7days.
Q3: What is the MOQ?
A3: 500 kg.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A4: Sample order’s delivery time is 5- 7 days. Container orders are about 15-25 days.
Q5: How does your company do regarding quality control?
