Sun & Planetary type electric wire cable making machine with multi-function
Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated wires with back-twist. It also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening cables.
Main Character
1. There are 2 method for back-twist: back-twist circle and planetary mechanism.
2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
3. The transmission shafts link all the machine parts together to keep stable stranding pitch, which can also be chosen frequency synchronization to control the machine.
4. The machine is widely used, and manipulated conveniently with low-noise.

Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel, 12-reel, 18-reel, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.
