The Tubular stranding machine is used for high carbon & low carbon steel wire rope, copper & aluminium conductor.
Tubular strander stranding with back twist, for 1+6 Bobbin, 1+12 Bobbin, 1+18 Bobbin & 1+6+12 Bobbin copper / aluminium round & compact conductors and steel wire stranding.
We also customise this tubular type stranding machine in accordance with customers' requirements.
The stranding machine is designed with 1+5 Bobbin, 1+6 Bobbin, 1+8 Bobbin, 1+10 Bobbin, 1+12 Bobbin, 1+18 Bobbin Cage or accoding to customers' requirements.
Bobbin: 200 mm, 250 mm, 315 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, 630 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1250 mm DIN 46397 Standard / Modified.
Tubular stranding machine, Cages supported on good bearing on both ends. The big main bearing is pump-oil forced lubrication bearing.
The tubular cage is annealed, which will reduce the internal stress and increase service life.
High efficiency and speed, low noise, long life. 200 / 1+6 Cage max speed 1400 RPM. 200 / 1+18 Cage maxspeed 900 RPM. 1250 / 1+5 Cage max speed 100 RPM.
Bobbins locked with mechanical pintles: one is movable and one is fixed, or Bobbin is fasten on the axis by latch.
Different braking device for bobbin tensioning.
Disk type Pneumatic brake for Cage.
PLC Equipped, optional.
