Product Application
Single piston continuous extrusion screen changer uesd the new sealed compensation technology, or as is called, the plate screen changer, is widely used for the production of various plastics and chemical fibers. It is of high performance/ price ratio, and ensures the screen changing without machine halt, or any material leakage under high pressure. Therefore, it is especially applicable to large scale machines of film blowing, pipe making,plate making and granulating, etc.
1. Hydraulic screen changer used built-in various sealing device, sealed performance is good, meet any polymer high extrusion quantity with different production, can cooperate to use standard extruder.
2.High wear resistance, high pressure, high precision filter design. The hydraulic screen changer improves effective filter area and filtering effect.
3. Fast screen changer times is equal or lesser than 2 seconds, filtration area optional from φ30mm-φ250mm.
4. Pressure 25-30Mpa, temperature under the condition of 300 degrees, doesn’t affect the use of performance.
5. Apply to: PC, PMMA, PET, PS, PU, PP, PE, EVA, ABS, PVC and most of thermoplastic materials.
Main Features
1) Automatically compensates the sealed surface clearance, high-pressure resistant, high-temperature resistant, and no material leakage.
2) Contain screens of large filtering area, especailly appropriate for high yield production line under high pressure.
3) No need to stop the working machine when changing the screen, easy to operate and maintain, reliable for higher production output and lower energy consumption,80%-90% down of waste material caused by screen changing.The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
