The single plate extrusion screen changer for plastic extruder
Product Description
1. Hydraulic extrusion screen changer used built-in various sealing device, sealed performance is good, meet any polymer high extrusion quantity with different production, can cooperate to use standard extruder.
2. Fast screen changer times is equal or lesser than 2 seconds, filtration area optional from φ30-φ250mm.
3. Pressure 25-30Mpa, temperature under the condition of 300 degrees, does not affect the use of performance.
4. Apply to: PC, PMMA, PET, PS, PU, PP, PE, EVA, ABS, PVC and other polymer.

1. Hydraulic screen changer can realize rapid screen changing, enhancing stable output and efficiency production.
2. With highly precise design, the screen has good abrasive resistant, high pressure performance, large effective filtration area and improving filtration effect.

1. Applicable to all kinds of plastic products.
2. Application to the production of various thermoplastic, chemical fiber, rubber, collosols, adhesive, coating and finishing materials alike, mainly used for filtration of the material mixture.
