Single plate double working positions hydraulic screen changer
1. Hydraulic screen changer used built-in various sealing device, sealed performance is good, meet any polymer high extrusion quantity with different production. It can be used with kinds standard extruders.
2. High wear resistance, high pressure, high precision filter design. The hydraulic screen changer improves effective filter area and filtering effect.
3. It can be meet any polymer high production capacity with no stop and leakage.
4. Screen changing process can complete in 2 seconds with pressure accumulator.
5. At the condition of 25-30Mpa and temperature 300℃, it can work well.
6. Filtration area diameter range φ30-φ250mm.
7. It can be used for sheet, plate, pipe, film, wire, cable, profile, granulation and most of thermoplastic materials.
