Our product rangeincludes:1) Aluminum roto-mould: we have made around 50 sets of aluminumroto-moulds for various
playground toys, and about 190 sets of aluminum moulds for custom molding
projects in last five years. 95% of them are supposed to be used in moldingproducts
to be exported to the U.S.A, Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg,
Russia, Canada, Thailand, Korea, Belgium and Israel
2) Custom plastic rotomolding: various plastic parts based on custom designs,including
air-blower shells, tool cases, petrol tanks, flower planters, water tanks
for scrubbers, truck roofs, stock cases for motorcycle, golf equipment cases,speaker
shells, fenders, display cases, and road barriers
Our advantages in technology lie in: 1) As a mould maker for nearly 10 years,especially good at gravity casting mould
and aluminum roto-mould
2) Has the ability to conduct full process in making mould. Wooden patternworkshop,
4 processing centers, 6 digital linear cutters and 5 numerical controlledmillers,
are all located in our factory
3) Five years of working in making aluminum roto-mould and molding plasticparts,
makes us accumulate experience of handing and resolving various difficulties in
structure and accuracy
4) We have R&D department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed bypro-engineer,
CAD, solid works, Unigraphics (major), and Mastercam
5) Generally, our lead time in making mould is 35 days. It varies per to thedesign
of mould
6) Roto-molding OEM service. We have four roto-machines, one of them has threearms
and each of which is of 2.8 meters long and is able to mold products within 2.5
meters long
7) We'd like to help assembling parts to a complete product based on ourextremely
competitive cost
