Guiding Device:

Roll Former:
This is the main device of roll forming machine. It adopt combine roller station style. It is chain transmission, AC motor drives, through frequency to adjust speed. Rollers material is Cr12 steel with heat and surface polish treatment. Rollers are made by CNC machine, so they are high precision and long working life.
