1. Application of Trailer-Mounted Drilling Rigs

.The rig is in accordance with relative technical standard of API Spec Q1, 4F, 7K, 8C, RP500, GB3821.1, GB3836.2, GB7258, SY6584 and 3C mandatory standard.

.The rig structure is compact, highly containerized, and space saving. Adopting trailer-mounted drilling rig perfect structure, the rig works reliable.

.Adopts special heavy load trailer, large diameter desert tire and big track axle, enhances the capacity of transportation on desert road, cross-country and horizontal stability.

.Adopts two Caterpillar diesel engine and Allison transmission box are reasonably matched, so as to ensure high driving efficiency and working reliability.

.Adopts double drum drawworks, main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake; the auxiliary brake adopts pneumatic water-cooling brake.

.The mast is front open and doublesection type with an inclination angle, or erective mast that can be raised up and laid down and retractable hydraulic.

.The drill floor is parallelogram structure and six stands hydraulic swinging up which is convenient for installation and transportation.

.The rig is endowed with severe weather adaptability, with excellent performance of dust-proof, extremely high and low temperature resistance.
