Brief Introduction of Organic Fertilizer Granulator
The Organic fertilizer production line uses animal dung likechicken, pig manure as the main raw material, and add a certain amount of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate and other substances, with rice bran, yeast, soybean meal and saccharide as biological bacterium fermentation time, under the action of sulfuric acid, mixed fermentation with biological fertilizer equipment.

High configuration: chicken manure dryer, fermentation heap machine, pulverizer, of half wet material is horizontal mixer, granulator, dryer, cooling machine, roller screening machine, coating machine, packaging equipment, belt conveyor, etc.
Middle configuration: half wet materials grinder, horizontal mixer, granulator, dryer, cooling machine, drum screening machine, packaging equipment, belt conveyor, etc.
Low configuration: half wet materials grinder, horizontal mixer, granulator/drum screening machine, packaging equipment.
Types of Organic Fertilizer Granulators:
1. Pan Granulator/Disk Granulator:
This machine is suitable for the material that has 10-30% nutrient.
It has many characteristic such as: high rate, round grains, easy to operate and maintain. Stable moving on the traps of reducer and motor extend the life span of the machine.
The pan granulator adopts whole arc Angle structure with granulation rate of 93%. Granulation pan has three outlets which facilitate the material production operation and will greatly continuously reduce labor intensity and improve labor efficiency. Reducer and motor uses flexible belt drive, so it starts smoothly, slows wallop and improve equipment lifespan. The bottom of granulation pan adopts multiterm radiation steel strengthening, so the structure is sturdy and durable, never deformation. The machine adopts strong base design, no need the anchor bolts to fix and operate smoothly. The master gear of granulation adopts high frequency quenching which doubles the service life. Granulation face pan lined with high strength glass fiber reinforced plastics, anti-corrosion and durable.pment for organic fertilizer, compost production shorten the process.
2. Double Roll Granulator:
Double roller granulator is multifunctional fertilizer pressing machine, this fertilizer roller press granulator can make compound fertilizer but also can make organic fertilizer granules.it is multifunctional, but the finished granules are oval shapes. You can use a ball shaping machine to make it into round granules, which is developed by our own company. Production only needs room temperature without drying machine, which can save a lot of energy and cost, the roller press granulator production yield is 0.5-1t / h, 1-1.5 t/h, and 1.5-2t/h. if you want to use disc granulator, that is also best machine for organic fertilizers.
3. Rotary Drum Granulator:
The main advantage of rotary drum granulator: it uses wet steam for heating, increases granulation materials own temperature and reduces the granulation water, reducing the dryer load and enhance the working efficiency. The drum granulator has granulation rate of 70 per cent of the ball, and the equipment is simple, flexible and convenient maintenance.
This cylinder by ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe) lining acid proof or stainless steel liners, has realized automatic except scar, tumor, cancelled the traditional scraper device, to eliminate the phenomenon of wall material viscosity and reduce the labor intensity, and extend the life of the equipment. The machine has into the ball high strength, good appearance, corrosion resistance, resistance to wear, low energy consumption, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.
4. Poultry Manure Special Granulator:
It is suitable for granulation of organic fertilizer, and also suitable for many raw materials, like animal/chicken manure, kaolin and carbon black and other raw materials. The final granule is round, light and high-hardness pellets.
The inside is large bearing and some dentation parts, through the power of the motor to drive bearing rotation, which will push material flow forward, and in the flow of the process, material turns bigger and forms into round granules.
