Product Description
Zinc dross is formed during the hot-dipping process producing zinc-coated steel sheets, pipes or other steel shapes. Zinc dross is generally in two categories: “top dross” and “bottom dross”. Float dross usually contains Al 4% to 7%; bottom dross has Fe 3 to 5%. Atmospheric Distillation technology can be adopted to salvage zinc of low-boiling temperature from impurities of high-boiling temperature, which will remain in the distillation residue and can be used as metallurgical deoxidizer or to further salvage precious metals(if any) from it.
Our distillation equipment is designed specially to recycle zinc from the dross. recovering percentage is 93% to 95%, purity up to 99.99%. capacity: 3 tons/24 hours.
