Introduction of Chamber Filter Press Machine:
The automatic chamber filter press is a kind of intermittent pressure filtering device and used for the solid-liquid separation of diverse suspensions. The characteristics of filter press are of simple structure, good separation effect, user-friendly and high reliably.
We adopt integration design of mechanic, electric and hydraulic devices to manufacture program-controlled auto filter press. The automated control of every processes of pressing, filtering, squeezing, blowing, washing, filter plates releasing, discharge of slurry can be reached. The electric and hydraulic components are all purchased from renowned manufactures. Filter plates are the core parts of the filter press. Its material is reinforced PP. So chamber filter press is the ideal filtering equipments.
Features of Chamber Filter Press Machine:
Our auto chamber filter press has following series with the size of 250, 320, 450, 630. 800, 920, 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000, etc. Every series has two kinds type: open discharge and closed discharge type. The mostly used material of filter plate is PP(polypropylene), which depending on different working materials, can be used under comparatively strong acid and alkali conditions.
Application of Chamber Filter Press Machine:
It is widely applied in many fields such as coal washing industry, petroleum industry, chemical industry, ceramic industry, pharmacy, food industry, textile industry, printing and dyeing industry, paper making industry, waste water treatment industry etc.
