Product structural design:
1,The teststand adopts the troughing structure, with holes every other 80mm in both sides of the trough, is able to inspect all work pieces of which dimensions are between 0.5m to 10m. So the tester can not only inspect existing pieces, but also new pieces in future which are longer.
2,The contact area is made by 40Cr material and taken hardening and tempering which improves the strength of integral structure.
3,The control system is advanced PID operation panel.
4,The hydraulic system consists of integrated oil-flowing system and accurate proportional overflow valve with pressure range of 0.8Mpa-18Mpa.
5,The tester adopts close-cycle control system, high precision drawing force transducer and digital display system, which improve the control precision and avoid the errors.
