Product Description ♦vertical bucket elevator usage and application NSE type elevator is high-speed bucket elevator, mainly suitable for conveying materials of powder and small particles. Compared with NE type, the enclosure section surface of NSE type with the same amount is only 65% of NE. NSE elevator is suitable for conveying powder and granular materials at high-speed. Material temperature ≤ 200 °C ♦vertical bucket elevator features 1.Obvious features like low power required, effective inflow feeding & guiding discharge,huge-volume hopper with tight arrangement. With little returned material or digged-out material,the ineffective power resulted is quite less as well accordingly 2.It has vast range of application with almost no limitation for lifting material forms and properties.Materials like power, grain or big lump could be all applicable .Also its good sealing condition could effectively reduces the environmental pollution 3.Advanced design & reliable manufacturing way have greatly ensured the overall machine stability & higher lifting height. 4.Traction is low-alloy circle chain, after proper heat treatment, has very high tensile strength and wear resistance, long service life.
♦vertical bucket elevator principle The hopper dip the materials from the bin at the buttom, and lift them to the top with the rotation of belt or chain, turn down after bypassing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank. And the bucket elevator usually has enclosure, which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator .
