1. packing screw conveyer equipment usage and application
screw conveyor it is used in transporting powder, block and granular materials, such as flour, grain, cement, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, stone, coal, etc. It is widely applied to building, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, machinery , food, and medicine industry, etc. It is not suitable for conveying materials with perishable, big viscosity and easy to agglomerate beacuse of the small circulation area.
2. packing screw conveyer equipment features
(1).Without cleaning device at outlet, low noise, flexible arrangement on position of inlet and outlet ;
(2). Good sealing, the shell is made in seamless steel tube. The ends are connected by flange ;
(3). Working temperature is -20~50°C, with material temperature below 200°C ;
(4). Good sealing quality and rigidity. The outer casing is made of seamless steel pipes, and the end caps are connected with flanges ;
(5). Inlet trough with progressive solid-flight screw for uniform storage bin discharge ;
(6). Vessel is made of high quality seamless pipes which are connected by flange, therefore its overall rigidity is good and bearing capacity is large.
3. packing screw conveyer equipment principle
a. There are two same vibration motor to be fixed on vertical screw slot. And they corotate by a contrary direction. The corotation will emerge a Centrifugal force to make a reciprocating motion by the throwing direction.
b. Then the the vertical screw slot will begin to continuous vibrating. Then the material in the vertical screw slot will be threw to move up. In the process of Moving up, the material also can be heat emission and cooled at the same time.
