Product Application

The HC wastewater grinder is a high torque,low rotating speed and double shaft shaft grinder which were installed in the wastewater or in the pipelines.It was designed for grinding for all kinds of solid waste in the waste water,such as clothes,plastics,trash,wood,metal,glass bottle,shoes,and other debris.The solid waste will be grinded to 8-12mm particles to avoid the solid waste to jam the pumps or pipelines.
The HC wastewater grinder can suit for installation in the channel,pipeline,and pump station.It is easy to install without any civil construction.
We have different models with the flow rates from 90CBM/hour to 6000CBM/hour,including pipeline grinder,channel grinder(no drum,single drum,and double drum),and transit grinder.

Operation Principle

1.Solids enter grinders through pipeline flange connection.
2.Solids pass through cutters for size reduction.
3.Solids are cut into smaller particles and no threat to downstream equipment.
