         17 Multi-roll Leveling Machine is used for leveling strips before strip being cross cutting.

       The Leveling Machine coisists of fram, roll cassatte, press-down unit , power transmit unit, pinch delivery unit, clearance unit, life , lubricate system, hydraulic system and electrical control system.

     The strips comes into Straightening Machine from left and its maximum working speed is 260m/min. Strip parameters :yield stength : δs ≤ 260 MPa, width :500-1000mm, thickness:0.16-0.8mm.

      Advanced characters of this Straightening Machine :

1) Clearance device can clean upper and lower work rolls surface timing to avoid anything attach at strip surface.

2) Pinch delivery unit can ensure strip goes into fly shear directly to help cross cutting faviring.

3) Work roll are driven by constant velocity joint. that CV-joint can ensure work rolls running stably .

4) It has no intermediate roll and back up rolls , so it is easy for roll maintance.
