Continuous rolling mill / machine
This 2-roller continuous rolling mill machine for copper rod is used for continuous cold rolling of copper rods. Featuring high efficiency, lower power consumption and capability of fining and reinforcing crystal structure of copper rods.Its operation is easy and flexible.The rods to be rolled are introduced at crawl speed.It can be reversed and be started at full load.
The rolls of this mill adopt short cantilever support and can be quickly replaced.The transmission system and bearings are lubricated by pressure oil,copper rods are cooled by emulsion,and it is assured that lubricating oil and cooling emulsion are completely separated.This equipment is reliable and low on maintenance cost.
The line is composed of main motor, reducer box, rolling mechanism frames, thin-oil lubrication system, emulsion system, and take-up unit.
