1. Application

             Double stage hammer crusher mill is used in areas of cement,construction material and mining industries of the materials with breaking strength no stronger than 200Mpa.

2.Features

             The size of feeding material is up to 450-1000mm and the average discharge size is ≤3-5mm,which is control effectively by multi-mode elastic adjusting mechanism.

The Characteristics Of Two-Stage Crusher:

1. The machine cavity has two crushing system. Secondary crushing and fine crushing is 2 in 1.

2. The outlet fineness is less than 3mm, which 0.5-0.075mm (35 mesh - 200 mesh) fineness is more than 50%, 0.6-2mm fineness is around 35%, and 2-3mm fineness is around 15%.

3. Due to the complete disintegrating, after the initial separation, the 3-5% raw ore will remove more than 70% gob or impurities, which improve the concentrate ore up to 20%-40%.

4. Because of the grinding grade increases and reducing the inlet grinding material, our two-stage crusher improve the capacity of grinding job up to more than 50%.

5. This series of crusher is made of special wearable materials. The lifetime of hammerhead is more than 4 times than common material hammerhead.

6. There is no screen grate with this crusher, and the crushed materials will be out directly without paste or plug. Also there is no ineffective wear or reactive power consumption.

Double Stage Crusher Operating Principle

When Double Stage Crusher working , the double motors drive the two sets of rotors in tandem to do a high-speed rotating at the same time .The material inside the plane cavity are crushed by the higher rotor and recrushed immediately by the lower rotor with rapid rotation .The material inside the plane cavity have mutual rapid collision and mutual shattered to get hammer powder .The effect of the powder formed cinders particles with the discharge size less than 3mm.
