Ore dressing equipment of mineral separator for gold placer
Gold has three categories, gold ore (Mountain gold mine, endogenous gold) and gold placer (alluvial, alluvial, beach type, slope deposits type and exogenous gold) and Associated gold (recovery from the non-ferrous minerals )

Mineral separator introduction:
Materials: Copper, zinc, nickel, gold and other nonferrous metals, coarse and fine separation of nonmetals like coal, fluorite and talc.
Main Equipment :Jaw crusher, hammer crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation cell, concentrator, dryer, etc.
Gold Ore beneficiation line or ore processing plant is consists of jaw crusher, hammer crusher, ball mill, classifier, flotation machine, concentrator, dryer mine feeder, hoist and conveyor.
Mineral separator classification:
Mineral separator can be divided into iron ore processing plant, copper ore processing plant, gold ore concentration plant, silver ore beneficiation plant, nickel ore processing plant, tin ore beneficiation plant, lead ore beneficiation plant, manganese ore beneficiation plant, zinc ore beneficiation plant, titanium ore beneficiation plant, tungsten ore beneficiation plant, etc.
Mineral separator working principle:
Magnetic process Description:After grinding the materials, classifier separates the grinded materials, the mineral powder enter the Magnetic Ore Separator (roughing-scavenging-selection) for repeated selection, dried by the pressure filter machine to collect the need mineral powder. Slag recycled by the recycle machine or pour into the tailings.
Gravity Description:After grinding the materials, classifier separates the grinded materials, then the mineral powder enter the agitator, after homogenization, the spiral chute rough, then select by the shaking bed, after dry by the pressure filter machine to collect the needed mineral.
Flotation Description:After grinding the materials, classifier separates the grinded materials, then the mineral powder enter into the agitator and react with the additive, then the reactant enter the SF flotation machine(roughing-scavenging-selection), the foam with mineral powder enter the settling pond, after dry by the pressure filter machine to collect the needed mineral.
Mineral separator procedure:
1.Primary crushing (Jaw crusher): coarse crushing raw material
2. Secondary crushing & Third crushing (Fine jaw crusher): fine crushing the material which came out from primary or secondary crusher
3.Grinding mill (Ball mill ): for grinding crushed raw material to specific size powder
4.Classifying ( Spiral classifier): classifying the granule. The bigger granule will be send back to ball mill, and the suitable granule was sent to next step.
5.Iron removing separator (Magnetic separator): separating fine material from grinded raw material, this product is mainly used for removing iron or selecting iron from material.
6.Chemical separating (Flotation machine): separating fine material from grinded material. This product is used for selecting specific ore by using chemicals from raw material, such as gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc etc.
7.Drying equipment(Rotary dryer):drying material to dry powder
