Brief Introduction Flexible PP Drinking Straw Auto Making Machine :
Plastic Drinking Straw Making Machine Model:CY021 is a tubing extrusion line.
It is composed of extruder and die,Vacuum calibration and cooling unit, hauloff and rotary cutter or coiler, all the machine's controls base with the control elements ergonomically adapted to permit easy operation. The system is also suitable for extruding straws, refiltubes and most small diameter tubing and a wide range of industrial applications.
Main Specification of Flexible PP Drinking Straw Auto Making Machine :
The straight straws supplied in the hopper at the top of machine, are fed one by one into the main drum of the machine and clamped by two mechanical catches. As the main drum rotates, the straw passes through two rotary dies to receive die-pressed effect, is then compressed with two catches to form flexible. And delivered to the output conveyor automatically.
The main drum always carrying 12 straws in successive different operations. This development represents a giant step forword for higher production of flexible straws.

* Product quantity pre-set. Once the pre-set valut is reached, the machine will stop and an alarm will sound,
convenient for quantity packing into bags.
* Automatic machine stop in the event of straw jamming.

Caution: Change diameter must change spare parts
Wall thickness: 0.15±0.02~0.18±0.02mm
Top section length: 30~50mm (adjustable)
Length of flex. part: 8~11mm (adjustable)
