Usage
This machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming. After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.
Production process
1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm. (wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).
2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.
3. Pressing to raw material into briquette.
4. Make briquette carbonized in the carbonized oven.
The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal. Diameter is 30-100 upon your demand.
Working principle
Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.
The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.
During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. The density of the briquettes is 900-1300kg/m.
