The introduction of the coal briquette machine
This coal and charcoal press machine is a featured production in our factory. It is used to make briquettes from powder, dust or granule, such as charcoal powder carbon black, coal dust, iron powder. After the pressing of our machine, powder and granule are formed into various shapes of balls. This processing changes the using way of coal brings many good efforts. First, small pellet/briquette/ball provide gap for burning, so the efficiency can be improved, and the energy can be saved. Second, during briquetting, we fill blinder in the raw material, as a result, SO2 and solid dust are reduced, our environment can be protected. Third, briquetting changes the defect of a single coal performance, diversifies the using way of coal. Fourth, briquetting can effectively alleviate.
The structure and composition of the coal briquette machine:
1. The feeding part, is used to feed material so that the material can feed to rolloer evenly ,it is drived by Spiral comprises electromagnetic motor.
2. The transmission part, main transmission system is: Motor - triangle belt - reducer - Open Gear - roll.
3. Forming part, mainly refers to the part of the host machine, its core part is roller.
The application of Coal briquette ball press machine
Coal briquette ball press machine can press different powder into different shape. Such as, coal powder, charcoal powder, metallic powder (FeSi powder), iron scale, iron sludge, precipitator dust, iron concentrate, raw material powder, manganese ore fines, slime peat, fireproof material, desulfurized gypsum can be press into round and pillow shape.
Raw Material—>Crushing—>Feeding—>Mixing—>Pressing—>Drying—>Briquettes
1)raw material prepared: sieving, pulverizing the charcoal lumps/chunks or coal materials into fine powder.
2)Get appropriate binder.
3) Mixing process: mixing coal / charcoal powder with binders and some other additives if needed. 4)Briquetting process/Extruding process: briquetting/extruding mixed charcoal powder into specific shape with charcoal making machine.
5) Drying process: sun drying or automated tunnel type continuous drying
6)Packing process: carton packing, gunny packing, paper packing

Size: It's better to be less than 3mm. If not, crusher is needed.
Uniformity: Mixer may be needed to make materials homogeneous.
Moisture content: 9-15%. If higher than this, rotary dryer is needed.
Packing&Shipping
1. All the machines will be wrapped up with plastic film first (including the motor).
2. According to the size and weight to make wooden or iron box, put machine in and fixed the box after loading. (The box material can be made as your requirements)
3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.
