1. Mechanical Punch Type Charcoal Briquette Machine:
1) Our this mechanical punch type charcoal briquette machine can press the charcoal powder, such as coconut shell charcoal powder, wood charcoal powder, bagasse charcoal powder, etc., into various of honeycomb and columnar rod shape charcoal briquettes for barbecue BBQ.
2) This charcoal briquette machine is punching type with 25-80ton pressure (different model of machine, different pressure).
3) We can customize the mold as your requirements, and the parts can be easily changed to make different shaped charcoal briquettes.
4) The outlet charcoal briquettes are usually used barbecue, starter or others.
5) Except charcoal powder, this charcoal press machine also can process coal powder, sawdust, fertilizer and some other chemical materials into briquettes.
2. Hydraulic Punch Type Charcoal Briquette Machine:
1) The hydrualic punch charcoal briquette machine is for pressing the charcoal powder, such as coconut shell charcoal powder, bagasse charcoal powder, wood sawdust charcoal powder, to various of honeycomb or cylinder rod shape charcoal briquettes.
2) This hydraulic charcoal briquette machine can make series of charcoal briquettes with fixed length which can be 50-150mm.
3) The outlet shapes can be round, hexagonal, heart, rectangular, flower or other cylinder rod or honeycomb shape of briquettes.
4) This hydraulic machine is composed of main machine, hydraulic cylinder, conveyor and PLC cabinet.
5) The pressure of this machine is about 100ton, and the pressure can be adjusted.
6) Automatic feeding and discharging system.
7) The mold can be easily changed to make different shapes of charcoal briquettes, and we can customize the mold as your requirements.
8) Touching controlling system and full English operation system to make the hydraulic machine easily operated.
9) Position sensor system to make sure the machine changing the molds and maintain easily and perfect working.
10) There is automatic cleaning brush for hydraulic machine to avoid the charcoal dust stick on the molds
11) Manual or automatic working.
