Our this charcoal powder briquette extruding machine is the device of using the screw extrusion principle to squeeze the charcoal powder, coal powder materials and other materials (chemical materials, refractory materials, cement materials iron ore, copper or other matallurgical materials) into certain density stick shape briquettes (round, rectangular, hexagonal, plum-flower, triangular etc.) with or without hole in the middle. It is also an ideal equipment for large, medium and small smelting plant, refractory plant, charcoal and coal processing industry, fertilizer plant, chemical plant, boiler, blast furnace, gas producer, shaft kiln, cement plant etc. This charcoal powder briquette extruding machine can make full use of charcoal resources, and in the production process, it can reduce the fuel cost and improve the calorific value of coal, which increase the efficiency greatly.
At present, we have models of 140, 180 and 360. Our new type Model 360 charcoal powder briquette extruding machine which is patended by our factory has three electric motors and two discharging heads which can strengthly producing the briquettes with high density. The new type machine also can make different shapes of hollow or solid briquettes. And its output capacity is twice than the old ones.

If your raw materials is raw charcoal, you have to crusher the raw charcoal into charcoal powder, then through mixer and briquette machine, you will get final charcoal briquettes.
