3. This crusher is controlled by conveyor, feeder, pressure plate and crushing system. And it can crush 1.2m width and 3-30cm thickness wood template and other residual wood wastes.
4. This crusher can crush the pallet or template with nails.

1. This nail wooden pallet crusher machine is researched and developped according to the marketing requirements of building templates crushing. And it is mainly composed of crushing system, feeding roller and conveyor.
2. Feeding conveying: putting the ready crushing wood board.
3. Feeding roller: controlling feeding speed and keep the board not slip.
4. Screw crushing roller: there is blades arround the roller to ensure the stress of roller is consistent.

1. This nail wooden pallet crusher machine is working together with feeding crushing, which achieve uniform broken.
2. The feeding pressing roller adopt UCK shaft, bearing spring pressure structure, which can be adapt to the crushing of different thickness wood board.
3. The feeding roller and crushing roller adopt different driving system which can be easily controlled.
4. This wood template crusher is reasonal design, compact structure, safe, durable and high efficiency.
