Materials requirements:
1.Particle size is less than 50 mm, water content <25% of biomass particles can feeding into the carbonizing directly, such as: sawdust, rice husk, sugar bagasse,shell, palm shell, peanut shell, bamboo shavings, shavings etc.

What is AC(activated carbon) ?
Activated carbon, also called activated charcoal or activated coal is a form of carbon that has been processed to make it extremely porouand thus to have a very large surface area available for adsorption or chemical reactions.
The word activated in the name is sometimes replaced with active. Due to its high degree of microporosity, just 1gram of activated carbon has a surface area in excess of 500 m2 (about one tenth the size of a football field), as determined typically by nitrogen gas adsorption. Sufficient activation for useful applications may come solely from the high surface area, though further chemical treatment often enhances the absorbing properties of the material. Activated carbon is usually derived from charcoal .
Activated carbon is carbon produced from carbonaceous source materials like nutshells,peat,wood,coir,lignite,coal and petroleum pitch. It can be produced by Physical reactivation and Chemical activation.
In liquid adsorption,can used in food, medicine and chemical industrial decolor , recycle and departing . In air adsorption ,can used for menstruum recover, gas refined and menstruum departing. In Environmental Protection ,can used for water purification ,waste water purification ,air clean, in organic synthesis industry ,can used as catalyst and carrier catalyst, in national defense science sector, can protect adsorb the radiogen etc... So the activated carbon is more and more important related thing in our life.
