Answer:We can provide 12 months mending service guaranteed.
Q2:What is the delivery time?
Answer:7 days after receiving your deposit.

Answer:T/T 30% deposit .70% balance against the B/L copy or L/C at sight.

Warranty: We provide the guarantee for 500 running hours or 6 months ranging from the min to 50kW (including 50kW) genset; 1000 running hours or 12 months ranging from 50kW to the max genset (whichever comes first). Warranty doesn' t cover spares such as filters, V-belt, etc. Malfunctions caused by misoperation and careless maintenance will not be considered by us.
