Introdution of planetary ball mills

Working way of ball mill
The ball mill is the main equipment in the process of making air cement material, it can grind the lime,plaster ,sand and the slag . Material can have function each other completely as long as grinding and reach the standard for fine,then the products will get the intensity ,grinding is the important process for the air adding cement making ,the process of grinding will cost a large of electricity,and usually is the biggest equipments in that process .
Features of ball mill
1 It is an efficient tool for grinding many hard materials into fine powder;
2 There are two ways of grinding: The dry way and the wet way;
3 Ball mill can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different expelling mine;
4 To use the ball mill, the material to be ground is loaded into the neoprene barrel that contains grinding media;
5 As the barrel rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over a period of time;
6 Ultimate particle size depends entirly on how hard the material the mill grinding
