High Quality Reflective Thermoplastic Road Line Paint description:
Thermoplastic road marking paint consists of petroleum resin, EVA, PE wax, fillers materials, which is solid powder condition at normal temperature. If it is heated to 100-200℃ by heat fusing pot under construction, it will appears flowage, coating.
The paint to the road surface will form hard film. It has full line type, strong wearing resistance and other characteristics. Sprinkling reflecting glass micro-beads on the surface under construction, it has good reflecting effect at night. It is widely applied in highway and road. According to the environment used and the different construction requirements , we can supply different types of paint for our customer option.
Features:
Strong adhesion strength:Resin content is reasonable, and it was added special rubber elastomer in the primer, so it has strong adhesion strength. If the construction technique is reasonable, there is no peeling off.
Good cracking resistance: Thermoplastic line-marking is easy to form crack because of the temperature variation of thermoplastic line-marking. Adding enough EVA to the paint can prevent cracking.
Bright color: The paint adopts the color of the highest level with reasonable proportion, so it has good weather resiatance and will not change color if longterm exposure.
High usage ratio: The major feature of point is low density ,big volume and high usage ratio.
Good dirt resistance: The dosage and quality of PE wax are the key point of impacting the dirt resistance. PE wax of Exxon is our first choice for many years.
Notice:
1. Ensure that the construction ground is clean and dry, it is suggested that the construction temperature is above 0 degree (low temperature, please increase appropriately material temperature).
2. Paint melting, temperature should be controlled between 180-200 degree. By fully mixing evenly, discharging after heat preservation 3 to 5 minutes, which can fully reflect the characteristics of thermoplastic paint.
3. Bottom oil processing should be full, coating line until the bottom of the oil dry fully . In regard to the new cement road surface, as far as possible begin to construct after three months delay or the second bottom oil processing, otherwise it will appeared line peels off.
4. In the construction of the road traffic is heavy, after coating base oils ,please place the warning cap, prevent the wheel rolling from taking away the bottom oil away and leaving the dust. Otherwise it easily appear some line peels off.
