800Operation Instructions for the Floor Grinder:
1. Take the machine out of the packing box and place it flat on the ground.
2. After the chassis is lifted, the chassis is exposed. Use diamond or resin abrasive discs according to the ground conditions. Install the grinding heads on the quincunx disc and fix them well, then adjust the outer skirt to a suitable position.
4. Place the machine flat, and the four discs will automatically adjust the flatness. The twelve grinding heads on the chassis ensure a flat surface.
5. Plug in the power supply, turn the switch to start the machine, and then adjust it to the required speed. At this time, the machine can operate normally.
6. After the machine is started, you can choose a suitable speed to push forward at a constant speed according to the ground strength and treatment effect.
7. Select dry grinding or wet grinding according to on-site requirements. Dry grinding requires an industrial vacuum cleaner.
8. In case of any abnormal phenomenon during operation, stop the machine immediately and restart it after inspection.
800Safety Precautions for the Grinder:
1. Operators must wear waterproof and insulated work shoes.
2. Before use, connect the machine power supply to the distribution box and ensure that there is leakage protection and overload protection in the distribution box.
3. Check whether the power cord is damaged or aged. If so, replace it immediately.
4. Select a national standard 3*4+1*2.5 square wire for the power cord and ensure that the power cord length does not exceed 100M.
5. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine while it is under pressure.
