GZ-5 Series Customized Rack-mounted Dry Shotcrete Machine
GZ-5 series is a series of these series shotcrete machines in our factory.
It includes wheel type GZ-5A, GZ-5E, GZ-5D, GZ-5V and this customized rack-mounted dry shotcrete machines and other expanded shotcrete machines.
The rack-mounted shotcrete machines also have 3 driving ways, pneumatic, electric motor, diesel engine.
We can also customize the other phyletic shotcrete machines, such as with variable speed and so on.

GZ-5 shotcrete machine is medium-sized shotcrete machine for the processing of dry mix. And it is widely used by so many contractors.
GZ-5 shotcrete machine can be used for tunneling, mining operations, hydropower projects and hillside protection, etc.
GZ-5 shotcrete machine is available in following versions:
Air motor driver or diesel drive combined with skid or rail-wheel.
Basic: Electric drive can be combined with tyre chassis
Extended (optional): Electric motor drive with variable speed gearbox, air motor drive or diesel drive combined with Skid or Rail-wheel.
GZ-5 shotcrete machine features:
1.Non-adhesion going-through rotor with new material chamber, completely eliminate bonding and blocking during operation so as to reduce clearance and maintenance period.
2.Thin flow conveying method with vortex flow, so the spraying flow is even, continuous and steady, to improve the shotcrete quality.
3.Four-point clamping device make it easy to adjust the press between sealing plate and rotor disk so as to no air and dusk leak and prolong consumption parts life
