DFseries multi-bag filter housing features a cost effective, handwheel operated, davit cover. Loosen the swing bolts, turn the davit handwheel and swing the cover aside.
Standard GB150 ,”CS ” or ASME.
Tapered, electro-polished stainless steel perforated baskets.
Unique 3-point hold-down ensure high quality of seal between each filter bag and housing body. Simple design ,ensures simple, effective operation.
Rugged, simple handwheel-operated davit cover makes the HD perfect for cost sensitive applications.
Hydraulic-assist davit cover is available as an option.
Positive O-ring sealing provides easy, reliable operation.
Available PP,rubber ,PTFE etc. lining ,carbon steel and 304,316L stainless steel for high corrosion resistance.
standard sizes with 2 through to 24 bag housings are available for size 02 filter bags.

4.Single bag filter housing
Description >>
Bag filter is often characteristic of high flow rate and long service life. It consists of stainless steel housing, bag holder and filters.
The bag filter housing is made of SS304 or 316L. With different sizes, it is capable of holding 1 to 8 bags. The opening can be flange type or screw type.
Bags filter housing with capacities of up to 24 bags.
The cover flange adopt handwheel and swing bolts ,open and close easily ,fast bag changeouts.
Positive o-ring sealing offers easy and safe operation.
Liquid bag Filter effectively removes dirt,pipe scale,and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, beverage,chemical and petroleum products. Bag filter can be used with the standard #1,#2,#3,#4 size bags or the standard perforated basket as a strainer. Mesh lined baskets are also available as an optional feature effective filtering area is rather big,achieving more efficient filtering result.Eye Bolt Closure System.The user friendly,cost effective bag filter housing for high volume,multiple applications and processes. The Max. flow of single unit are from 90 Cubic m/h to 1080 cubic m/h.
