Vacuum Emulsifying Blender
Features :
1.The whole device including emulsifying mixer boiler , oil boiler, water boiler and vacuum system, hydraulic system, electric control system, and working platform.
2.Adopt 304 and 316 stainless steel
3.Polishing and welding meet customer's request and sanitary standard .
4.Working capacity : 20-2000L
Advantage:
- All contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel material.
- Mirror polish of the internal layer is 300MESH (sanitary class). Thickness of the material: 6mm.
- Material of jacket: SUS 304 stainless steel. Thickness of material: 5mm.
- Between the internal layer and external layer, it can be heated and cooled,with a leading line, can be heated or cooled by steam and cooled water.
- The thermal insulating layer is made of rock wool or polyurethane foaming to keep warm.
- When jacket was heated, the temperature of the external body of the tank is no more than 40°C. The external layer of the tank body is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
- Exterior polished is in 350MESH (sanitary class).
- Thickness of the material: 3mm.
- All the welding seams shall be polished after rubdown, and as to the treatment interface, turned over edge are transition is adopted.
