4. Different volumes
The gelatin melting tank is made of 316L and 304 stainless steel. The internal wall of the tank, blending shaft and paddle are subjected to mirror polishing with easy cleaning, which is conforms to "GMP" requirements. The driving part adopts horizontal drive to make the whole dynamic part lower than generally average height of other products in China. With compact structure, it is easy to assemble and disassemble the product, and the driving is balanced.
The shaft in the blender adopts two layers of flat paddle and anchor paddle of large shaft diameter, small number of revolutions and high torque. The stable blending will make the gelatin receive even heating during the gelatin melting process and ensure high product quality.
This type of gelatin melting tank not only ensures frozenness, viscosity and water content of gelatin liquid, but it also saves energy and improves working conditions. Therefore, it is currently an ideal gelatin melting device in China.
