This Stainless steel emulsifier head is installed in the emulsification pump or the mixing tank, able to rotate quickly and make the fluid (thick or thin) more homogenization.

The emulsion machine are high-powered stirring systems.Lower part has particular stator-rotor structure to make the material be high-shearing dispersed ,homogenized and emulsified intensively .

Middle has high speed dispersed propeller-blade to assist with blending and homogenization .Upside has liquid flow under press type dispersed propeller-blade to control flow fluid effectively and process more thoroughly. The equipment is applicable to blending, dispersing,homogenization and emulsification of fluid liquid material.

High shear emulsification tank is designed for mass production, using claw type with double absorbing charge bite structure, to avoid the upper material difficult to breathe and whirlpool phenomenon caused by the blind Angle. Stronger shear force improves the production efficiency and scattered emulsification quality. This equipment distributes a phase or more to another continuous phase, and in most cases each phase is insoluble to another. The rotating rotor making high speed and high frequency mechanical effect tangent offset by strong kinetic energy, thus making the solid phase, liquid, gas phase which are insoluble instantly uniform fine dispersions emulsification in the corresponding mature technology and additives under the common function. Through the cycle of high frequency reciprocating, finally obtained the stabile high quality products.

Usage:

It is suitable for production of ointment and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical plants. 

The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.
