Characteristics
Jam cooking pans is mainly used for food, candy, soup, meat, milk, porridge, pharmacy and chemical industry cooking and boiling. We can add the mixer, edge & bottom scraper, cover according to your need. The kettle has tilting type and stationary type. The steam jacketed kettle can be heat by gas, steam(boiler) or electric. Generally, the bigger model can choose stationary type and by steam heating.
