Application
It is widely used in food beverage production enterprises which are high mechanical degree such as beverage, dairy, fruit juice, wine and so on.
CIP system
Included hot alkali tank, cold alkali tank, acid tank, sterilize liquid tank, recycle water tank, CIP pump and so on.
1. All the tanks adopted stainless steel SUS304,argon arc welding,polished inner and outside. High quality valves optimize the pipelines.
2. Adopted automatic control technology, realized temperature, pressure, thickness, liquid location automatic controlled.
3. The cleaning process is: Hot clean water--hot alkali tank--clean water--acid clean--ppm H2O2 clean--pure water clean.
After each tank finished, recycle the duty water as soon as possible. Reduce the environment pollution.
Characteristics
CIP cleaning system has characteristics such as economic operation, low cost, compact structure, small area, simple installation and maintenance. It can in-place clean the containers and pipes and other production device effectively. The entire cleaning process are processed in confined equipment (tank containers and pipeline), thus greatly reducing the chance of secondary contamination.
