The CIP online system can not only clean the medicines, but also control the microorganism's cleaning
It with a new effective cleaning technology, which can be applied in the industries, such as beer, drink, coffee, sugar-refining and biology pharmacy etc . It is made up of three connecting body storage tanks. That is acid liquor tank, alkali liquor tank and fresh water tank. CIP cleaning equipment makes use of centrifugal pump to add washing liquid to material pipeline and equipments container in circle and be up to the purpose of cleaning. CIP cleaning equipment can clean the equipments in place without moving and disassembling the equipments, pipes and valves. So it can improve equipment utilizing rate and save labor intensity.
The automatic CIP system is controlled by Siemens PLC, full-auto controller.
The plate-type heat exchanger will heat on line, The concentration test of acid alkali and the high and lower level of tank and as well as control valves are all important configures at high quality.
The operating principle: set the cleaning temperature through the temperature controller to control the steam control valves opening frequency to limit the steam amount making the cleaning liquid keep at needed temperature. All the tanks liquid level in the CIP system adopt the auto-alarm. It will be increased the concentrated acid and alkali through manually way when the cleaning liquid concentration reduced.

It is widely used in food beverage production enterprises which are high mechanical degree such as beverage, dairy, fruit juice, wine and so on.
