a. Using the air convey system to send the bottle directly into the integrated machine, instead of screw and conveyor chains, when change bottles, it will be more easily

b. We adopt bottleneck clamping structure in the bottle transmission system , when bottle shape changed , the machine height no need to change, only need to change the related curved plate, wheel and nylon parts will be ok.

c. All the machine accessory will only touch the bottles parts below the capping area, to avoid the second time pollution.

d. High-speed large flow filling valve, filling fast, filling accurately and no liquid lose.

e. Spiraling decline when output bottle, when change the bottles, only need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.

f. PLC and transducer controlled the machine, the main electrical components from famous company such as Japan's Mitsubishi, France Schneider, OMRON.
