Double Drum Magnetic Separator
1. Despription of Dry Magnetic Separator
HC series dry magnetic separator is widely applied to separate iron magnetite from non-magnetic materials.
It is widely used to separate iron magnetite from sand stone minerals, sand soil minerals, river sand, sea sand and other powdery, granule, or fine minerals. It can also be used to remove the magnetic impurities from fine non-magnetic materials for purification.
2. Structure of Dry Magnetic Separator
HC series dry magnetic separator is made up of permanent magnetic drum, feeding hopper, screen, belt conveyor, chute, the frame, etc. The processing particle size of this machine is less than 20 mm.
3. Working Principle of Dry Magnetic Separator
The raw materials are loaded to the feeding hopper by a loading machine.
Then passing through the chute, the raw materials get to the permanent magnetic drum, the ferrous materials will be attracted to the surface of the drum.
As the drum rotates, the ferrous materials will finally fall to the conveyor belt beneath the permanent magnetic drum after getting out of the magnetic field area and transmitted to the iron magnetite powder assembling place. The non-magnetic materials will pour into the tailing assembling place.
