Drum Scrubber Washing Machine for Coltan
Clay is every miner's enemy no matter what type machine you use. Clay will cut production down significantly, and results will vary depending on your clay content.
1. Working Principle of Drum Scrubber Washing Machine for Coltan
Excavator Load Raw Material to Plant Hopper Feeder Bin—>Rotary Scrubber—>Trommel Screen—>Pulsating Sluice —>Concentrator—>Shaking Table—> Amalgamator —> Mercury Distiller—>Gold Furnace
1). Feeding material by excavator to Feeder Hopper,the hopper can be open type,grizzly type and vibration type depending on different ore type.
2). Then the wanted raw ore fed into the Trommel Scrubber.
Our specially designed Gold Trommel Scrubber Washing Plant consists of Rotary Scrubber for washing clay and Trommel Screen for sieving different size of ore.
Material is scrubbed and clays and silts dispersed into slurry.The clay and ore will be separated.
The Trommel Screen will further separate different size ores, the ore bigger than screen mesh can be separated and dischaged out by the conveyor.
Can be make mobile type or stationary type.
The length &diameter of drum unit, screen mesh, layer quantity of screen can be customized.
3). The small ores will go to the Auto Washing Belt.
This Auto Washing Belt is variable frequency speed control system. Mineral travels against the running direction of auto washing belt ,so can keep the ore loose. The gold will sink down in the bottom,lighter particles will flow away by water.
4). Tailings from Auto Washing Belt are directed to the Gold Centrifugal Concentrator,where fine gold will be recovered.
5) Collect the concentration from Centrifuge and Sluice Machine,Use shaking table for further concentrating.
6). If need pure gold particles or dust,then need equip the Amalgamator and Mercury Distiller removal of impurities after shaking table.
7). If need melt the gold dust to gold bar,then can equip with a Gold Melting Furnace.
