Sand Dryer Application

1. It can be used for drying some materials related to coal, such as silica sand ,quartz sand,rive sand, slime and so on.
2. It can be used for drying the materials related to architecture, such as Blast furnace slag, clay, Bentonite, Limestone, sand and Quartz.
3. It can be used for drying the materials related to mineral separation, such as Metal Concentrates, Residue and Tailing.
4. It can be used for drying some Non-thermosensitive materials in chemical.

The features of the sand dryer:
1. Sand dryer has a strong capacity of anti-overload. It can dry a lot with few fuel consumption and drying cost.
2. It chooses the downstream method for drying, that is the smoke and wet materials inter into the dryer in the same entrance and get a high evaporation. But the temperature of the exit of the dryer is low. Therefore, it has a high efficiency of heating.
3. It can change the Parameters according to different quality of the materials so as to form a stable full section in the cylinder of the dryer and make a fuller change for materials and heat.
4. It has new equipment for giving and excreting materials. As a result, it avoids the phenomenon of plug, discontinuous and back of materials giving. It also light the burden of the dust eliminating system.
5. The new inner construction strengthen the use of cleaning and heat passing to the separated materials. It also avoids adhesions in the inner wall of the cylinder and has a better adaptability for water and adhesions of the materials.
6. The Coal Slime rotary dryer shows the feature of no help from horizontal push. It decreases the abrasion of roller block and makes the movement of the cylinder stable and reliable.
7. The Coal Slime rotary dryer chooses the Spherical roller block device, which makes the roller and rolling ring connect linearly and lower the abrasion and power consumption,
8. It can control the size and moisture of the production according to the acquirement of the users. The moisture of production being drying can be lower than 8 percent and the size smaller than 8mm.
