RO Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System
What's reverse osmosis :
When solutions which have difference in concentration are separated by semi-permeable membrane, the weak solution moves toward strong solution side. That will make difference in water level, so that called osmosis. The difference in water level generated at that time is called osmotic pressure. If a higher pressure (higher than osmotic pressure) is given to the strong solution, strong solution will come to weak solution. This called reverse osmosis.
Principle:
The reverse osmosis water treatment use the semi-permeable membrane under the action of the pressure difference to
purify brackish/bitter water desalination equipment, it can effectively remove the salt, bacteria, viruses, pigments, heat,
heavy metals and pesticides, toxicant,chemical fertilizers, lotion colloidal substances and other pollutants.
Reverse osmosis membrane pore size is very small generally about 2-10 microns, and a variety of ionic impurities in the water
diameter of about dozens of egypt, viruses, bacteria diameter of several hundred to hundreds of thousands of egypt, these
substances are not through the reverse osmosis membrane was cut off of water in the membrane of the thick end,
with the concentrated water discharged throuogh the reverse osmosis membrane that is sterile non-toxic and oxygen-rich pure water.
Application:
The RO reverse osmosis water treatment is widely used in electronic, electrical, pharmaceutical, chemical, food ,beverage
and water industries. Such as for drinking water, irrigating crops and plants, making cosmetic products like perfume,
making milk, making liquid soap,etc
Function of each reverse osmosis water treatment:
Raw water pump: Provide pressure to sand/carbon filter
Sand filter: Remove turbidity,suspend material, organic material or colloid material
Carbon filter: Remove Odor, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
Water softener: Soft the water, adjust PH value.
Security filter/Precision filter: Remove the sediment,granule,bacilli,etc
Ro system: It plays an important role in desalting . Remove the mineral salt,microbe,baccilli,etc. It adopts American dow low film membrane.
